These terms and conditions will apply to your purchase of any products from the MALEENA website and form a legally binding contract between you and MALEENA. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us.

Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

Sizes of items vary from design to design. Please check the outlined measurements given in the description for more information.

Payment can be made by FPX, MAYBANK, CIMB, RHB, HONG LEONG, UOB, AMBANK, BANK ISLAM, PAYPAL (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express).
5. Delivery

Kindly take note that we will process and send out every working day according to MALEENA Shipping schedule. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
6. Vouchers

Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
7. Complaints

We operate complaints handling procedure which we would use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments and you can email us at admin@maleena.my
8. I couldn't proceed with payment and my order status is Pending. How do I proceed?

Kindly contact us immediately via email, call or live chat and we’ll assist in canceling your order so that you can place a new one. We ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount to our bank account as we can’t guarantee the item you purchased is still in stock. In the case that you made payment manually, we will have to refund you in store credit.
