If you did not get one and/or you get charged for your parcel, send us a photo of the receipt and your bank account details. We will then refund the amount accordingly to your bank account.
3. If I received an incorrect item?
We are apologizing for this. Contact us straight away for more details regarding return process.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 7 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. We do not offer refund for the return item, however, we will offer store credit for you to shop in our store.
Only regular priced item will be eligible for a return. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the tracking number so that it can be traced.

4. Have you received my returned items?
