Do you restock items?Some items are restocked able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it on our Facebook fan page and Instagram, so it’s good to check frequently.

I had picked the wrong size. Can i return the item?Yes, of course. You can click our Return and Exchange Policy. However, customers are advised to notify us at admin@maleena.my or via WhatsApp at +60 19 215 4583 by quoting the order number and the product details.

Do you give my personal information to other third parties?No, we do not disclose your full information to other parties except for fulfilling your orders (name, address, email, etc.). We will only provide this information which the courier company needs to carry out their services.

How long will it takes to process my order?It varies according to where you live. It usually takes up to 2-3 days. For more information you can visit GDEX MALAYSIA website. We will only ship your items from Monday – Friday.

What if I change the parcel address?You can directly to inform to GDEX Malaysia to change your address. And please let us know also.
